Factory Direct Mattress Warranty Policy

Factory Direct Mattress VAB works closely with all of our manufacturers and brand partners to ensure the products we offer are absolutely the best QUALITY we can produce however, sometimes defects can happen and when they do, we will work with you and the manufacture to get the issue resolved as easily & quickly as possible!

Your new mattress is covered by a manufacture warranty. Should your product fail within the warranty period, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim and will work on your behalf with the manufacturer. We recommend the purchase of a mattress protector with every bed becasue a mattress protector has many benefits, including preserving your warranty should the bed become stained or soiled. Stained, soiled or torn bedding will void your warranty and eligibility for a comfort guarantee exchange. To file a claim, please call your Factory Direct Mattress.

If you feel your item(s) arrived in a damaged condition, please make note of the damage on the delivery ticket upon its arrival. Then, call us so we can discuss and make arrangements for a quick and easy exchange.

All sales on Clearance or Closeout merchandise are final. There are no returns or exchanges unless shipping-related damage has been noted at the time of delivery.

All merchandise must be paid-in-full prior to merchandise being ordered, scheduled for delivery, or picked up. Special and custom orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Special and custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being paid-in-full. Financing is not available on Closeout or custom orders.

If you decide to cancel your order after the products have been shipped but not yet arrived at your home, Factory Direct Mattress reserves the right to assess both a 20 percent restocking fee and any freight charges that were incurred in shipping your order.

All refunds are processed from our main office within two weeks and can take up to an additional week to receive. Refunds for orders paid in cash or check will be made by check. Refunds for credit and debit cards will only be issued to the original card account on which the charge was initially made.
